Important, Compelling Work on a Critical Topic

This is a very important book on one of the key problems of our age: the inability of ordinary citizens to truly understand what is being done (in their name) by those in positions of authority. Kitrosser brings extraordinary legal acumen to this area, while explaining critical concepts in a clear and compelling way. Highly recommended for anyone serious about grappling with the future of citizenship in an era when ongoing states of emergency and expanding anti-terror campaigns threaten to render ever more government action not merely unchallengeable, but unmonitorable.
